Profile
The National Centre of Public Health Protection was created on 1 January 2005 after uniting two leading institutions in the field of public health: the national centre of Public Health and the National Centre of Hygiene, Medical Ecology and Nutrition.
The National Centre for Public Health Protection is responsible for reserach, methodological and training acticities in the field of public health protection, assessment of health risks, living environment, behaviour and lifestyle, health promotion and integrated disease prevention, foods and nutrition.
The NCPHP implements its cativities individually or in cooperation with local and international health institutions.
