ASPHER Workshop with public health professionals in Slovenia

On Thursday 1 December 2011, the Regional Institute of Public Health Murska Sobota is organizing an ASPHER – EuroHealthNet workshop with public health professionals in Slovenia entitled "Health promotion: health education, health protection and disease prevention".

The workshop will discuss the European Public Health Core Competencies Programme made by ASPHER.

The aim of the workshop is to help think practically about the skills and knowledge needed to work as a public health professional, and whether those skills are included in the ASPHER competencies list. Representatives from all regional public health institutes, the Ministry of Health and the School for Health Care Izola are invited to the event.
