The Annual Convention for Inclusive Growth is an action-oriented platform bringing together civil society organisations and policymakers to discuss how to achieve truly inclusive growth.

Its 4th edition will take place in Brussels and will be an opportunity for the EU to:

  • reflect on its social dimension and on how to adapt our social models to current and future challenges
  • develop long-term solutions to fight poverty, increase employment, and strengthen social cohesion and inclusion for all

This year, the event will focus on the future of a social Europe: the plenary debate and the workshops will tackle specific issues and lead to conclusions and policy recommendations.

The convention will be opened by Marianne Thyssen, European Commissioner for employment, social affairs, skills and labour mobility.
