Capacity building workshop on gender, equity and diversity (EuroHealthNet Members only)
Following the launch of the EuroHealthNet Gender, Equity, and Diversity Policy, EuroHealthNet organised a Partnership-only capacity building workshop on the topic of gender, equity, diversity.
Members shared their practices, strategies, tools or recent research insights in order to promote inclusion and diversity. These included resources related to: enabling participation of people with intellectual or physical disabilities; improving inclusion of ethnic and cultural minorities; supporting work-life balance; and/or combatting sexism, ageism and other discriminatory behaviour. We also featured emerging insights from research institutions, or findings that have proven to be robust and replicable over time.
The workshop took place on Tuesday 6 February 2024.
