European Employment & Social Rights Forum 2023: How is Artificial Intelligence shaping work?
As rapid technological transformations in artificial intelligence promise new jobs for people, widen access to education, boost productivity, and improve our efficiency, they also raise concerns around growing inequality and a lack of transparency across the world.
To understand how we can ensure fairness, inclusivity and transparency, the 2023 European Employment & Social Rights Forum will explore the possibilities and worries around the increasing use of Artificial Intelligence in the world of work. The conference will welcome EU institution representatives, national policymakers, Ministers, business leaders, social partners, civil society, and academia as they delve into artificial intelligence and its impact on the world of work across four themes:
