14:15 – 14:40 Welcome and Introduction

• Welcome and presentation on the 2022 European Semester cycle – key outlets and timeline

• From the EU Semester to the Recovery and Resilience Facility –the role of civil society

Brainstorming in moderated working groups on seven thematic areas of relevance to the European Semester, in the presence of European Commission policy officers expert in the respective fields.

10:15 – 11:00 Thematic panel discussion: The Action Plan for the social economy – what is in it for the CSOs?

The interventions of Commission, national-level and EU-level CSOs will be followed by Q&A and an open discussion with participants.

11:00 – 11:15 Brief comfort break and group allocation
11:15 – 12:15 Structured Dialogue with national CSOs on the priorities for the 2022 European Semester

Participants will be able to discuss with COM representatives, national priorities in smaller groups to exchange more concretely about the situation on the ground and in selected countries.
