Today, EuroHealthNet’s launches its latest video, introducing the Partnership’s Workplace Gender, Equality and Diversity Policy and its vision for inclusive workplaces.
As the leading Partnership for healthier communities and fairer societies, EuroHealthNet aims to lead by example to spark change and inspire others. The Workplace Gender, Equality and Diversity Policy puts in place concrete actions and principles, to help ensure that equality and diversity are at the heart of what we do.
The policy guides EuroHealthNet’s hiring practices, work environment, and events as well as the activities of our research, policy and practice platforms. Communication guidelines aim to ensure that EuroHealthNet’s messaging will be inclusive for all socioeconomic groups and genders and to avoid enforcing stereotypes.
EuroHealthNet will promote the principles and actions set out by the Workplace Gender, Equality and Diversity policy through our Partnership, projects and alliances.
