Lina Papartytė

Lina primarily works on the Practice Platform at EuroHealthNet, where she coordinates Country Exchange Visits between national experts to ensure that effective approaches and evidence for improving health and equity are translated into policy and practice.

She contributes to Invest4Health (I4H), a Horizon Europe–funded initiative pioneering Smart Capacitating Investment (SCI) approaches that make investing in health promotion both strategic and sustainable. Within I4H, Lina supports the creation of more favourable environments for SCI and contributes to the update of EuroHealthNet’s practical guide for financing health promotion and disease prevention.

Lina also leads the policy work in the Social Prescribing EU (SP-EU) initiative, which aims to establish social prescribing as a scalable, cost-effective, and sustainable model of care for people in vulnerable situations.

Before joining EuroHealthNet in 2018, Lina gained experience at the European Commission (DG SANTE), the European Regional and Local Health Authorities (EUREGHA), and a public affairs consultancy in Brussels. She holds an MSc in Politics and Government in the European Union from the London School of Economics and a BA in International Relations from the University of Essex.
