Beyond competitiveness: rethinking the ideologies shaping our food systems
The EU’s drive to boost competitiveness and productivity, as outlined in the Draghi report, is shaping Europe’s future. But is this the proper focus in a world tackling climate change, health crises, and the fragility of our food systems?
With climate change now a pressing reality and food systems directly affecting planetary health, we invite you to join our upcoming Policy Chat. This online event, organised by EuroHealthNet in collaboration with FEAST—a project aimed at catalysing Europe’s transition to a ‘Win-Win-Win-Win’ food system—offers a unique opportunity to rethink Europe’s future and contribute to a vision that works for everyone.
In this Policy Chat, together we will explore ways to counteract and challenge this ideology, proposing alternatives that prioritise health and sustainability. Our panel of experts will each present their ideas for achieving a healthier and more sustainable food system.
