EuroHealthNet Policy Lab: Beyond Competitiveness – Housing for Healthy, Inclusive & Resilient Communities
Housing is a human right. But how do we move from ambition to action?
Join EuroHealthNet, MERGE and the European Policy Centre in this Policy Lab to explore how the Affordable Housing Plan can help deliver healthier, more inclusive and affordable housing — and what it takes to make it work in practice.
Plenary session speakers include:
- Edit Lakatos (European Commission) – The Affordable Housing Plan
- Carlota Sáenz de Tejada (Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal)) – Health-promoting housing
- Hans Dubois (Eurofound) – Inclusive housing for all generations
- Sorcha Edwards (Housing Europe) – Affordability & sustainable finance
Participants will also engage in interactive breakout sessions to exchange experiences and co-create practical recommendations for implementation at national and local levels.
