Third hearing of the Pan-European Commission on Climate and Health

The third and final hearing of the Pan-European Commission on Climate and Health will focus on turning evidence into action. Experts and policy-makers will discuss how to strengthen political will, scale up systematic responses, improve governance, and engage decision-makers to build resilient health systems and communities in the face of climate change.
The Commission, launched by WHO/Europe in June 2025, aims to raise political awareness and support for stronger climate and health action. Over three hearings, it gathers evidence and experiences to shape final recommendations for accelerated action, to be presented at the World Health Assembly in May 2026.
