Ireland’s Institute of Public Health will host a free webinar on ‘Physical Activity in Later Life: Staying Active in an Online World,’ focusing on how digital tools can support active lifestyles as we age. The event will explore trends in physical activity, evidence on online engagement, and practical insights from digital programmes.
Speakers include Professor Adrian Bauman (University of Sydney), Dr Jacqueline Mair (Singapore-ETH Centre), and Meg Hegarty (Age and Opportunity). A panel discussion chaired by Professor Roger O’Sullivan will feature experts and participants from online activity programmes, with Siel Bleu Ireland leading energiser sessions.
