Call: External Evaluator (2026–2029)
The External Evaluator will perform an independent evaluation and impact assessment of EuroHealthNet programming, activities and the organisation as a whole, with a particular focus on activities and programmes supported by the EU Framework Partnership Agreement for a core grant in the field of social inclusion under the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) (2026-2029).
EuroHealthNet is looking for an external evaluator for the duration of its EU Framework Partnership Agreement 2026-2029 under the European Social Fund Plus. The external evaluator will continuously evaluate and assess the impact of EuroHealthNet’s ESF+ related programmes and activities, and, where appropriate, the wider organisation. This work will monitor progress toward EuroHealthNet’s main organisational objectives and assess the overall impact of its activities.
Specifically, the evaluator will develop an evaluation and impact assessment plan for 2026-2029. This plan will operationalise and guide four annual evaluations and the four-year impact assessment covering 2026-2029, to be published in 2029.
